Stopped here three times during their open hours this week and they were closed. When I called the phone number, I get a fax tone. No note on the door saying why they are not open when on their website it shows that they are. Find another ice cream place.

Came here on Friday the doors were locked but everything was still on! So we waited and when someone did come open up the door it felt we were inconveniencing them! Also we waited 20 minutes for our ice cream and we were the only ones there! How does that make

I honestly wasn't too impressed with the ice cream. I was also disappointed that they were out of cones so they had to do crumble cone prices on top instead. My husband got a milkshake that he wasn't too fond of. He didn't finish it. We didn't have a wait time so that was nice but it was also very cold outside so that's probably why because I've seen multiple reviews mention the long wait. I do agree that it does seem a little over priced too.

I’ve been to this place several times for the novelty of showing friends their unique process of making ice cream with liquid nitrogen. In addition it’s good for my vegetarian/vegan friends to find some options for a dessert that’s non dairy. I’ve had the strawberry shortcake and Carmel specialties and both were excellent. This spot is easy to get to from any of the restaurants nearby and it’s walkable from the hotels we often stay in. You can walk off your dessert easily as well by checking out the surrounding shopping complex. Portion sizes are generous, service is usually good, and prices are reasonable for what you get.
The experience was pricey, the ice cream was certainly worth it, but the service wasn’t worth the price point… the part that was most off putting was how dirty the place was… there were no other customers there, and there was only one table that was mildly clean, the rest had crumbs and chocolate all over them. There were crumbs all over the ground and on the counter. Very disappointed by how gross the place was. The staff were nowhere to be seen when we came in and all looked like they had been sleeping. Not friendly, seemed like they didn’t want to be there. For context, we came at 8pm, not late, not close to closing time.Unfortunate atmosphere and service for how good the ice cream was.

Creamistry has a really cool ice cream concept using liquid nitrogen. There are a wide variety of custom flavor combinations or you can make your own combo. It is fun to watch them make the ice cream. The price is kind of steep. The shoppe is cheerful and cute, but it is pretty small with limited seating. I would consider coming back to try other flavor combinations.

It is hard to beat an ice cream shop that takes the raw ingredients and then turns it into ice cream. The staff is very friendly and they helped guide us through the process of customizing the ice cream to the perfect flavor. Parking was easy in the parking garage. The shop is located in an upscale shopping district.

Hours on internet are 11. Hours on door are Sundays till 11pm. Pulled in at 9:58 on a Sunday. Locked the door as I was opening. Don't visit.

Its so sad to see a questionable service by the employee ! She misplaced the order to someone and started questioning us even after we clarified. The phrase "do you swear ?" shows how naive she is or to be precise how disrespectful. I hope they never do this to someone else.Its a bad idea to generously tip early.
