I’ve been to this place several times for the novelty of showing friends their unique process of making ice cream with liquid nitrogen. In addition it’s good for my vegetarian/vegan friends to find some options for a dessert that’s non dairy. I’ve had the strawberry shortcake and Carmel specialties and both were excellent. Creamistry has a really cool ice cream concept using liquid nitrogen. There are a wide variety of custom flavor combinations or you can make your own combo. It is fun to watch them make the ice cream. The price is kind of steep. The shoppe is cheerful and cute, but it is pretty small with limited seating. I would consider coming back to try other flavor combinations.

I honestly wasn't too impressed with the ice cream. I was also disappointed that they were out of cones so they had to do crumble cone prices on top instead. My husband got a milkshake that he wasn't too fond of. He didn't finish it. We didn't have a wait time so that was nice but it was also very cold outside so that's probably why because I've seen multiple reviews mention the long wait. I do agree that it does seem a little over priced too.
