This place is a mess. It took 45 minutes to get a donut and a wake up wrap. The crowd waiting for their orders is enormous. Only two employees, working at slow to medium pace, and one of them, Jessi, took a minute each time a customer asked about their order to chastise them and tell them how busy she was. When my order came out missing a donut and I asked her about it, she said "sometimes they grow legs and walk away" and went back to slowly working on the next order. Please...read full review
Not open until 6:30, Google and Great Wolf website say 6am. At about 6:10, after waiting for nearly 15min, I asked if they opened at 6am and she tells me 6:30. Why wouldn't you have said something while I was waiting there. You really thought I was gonna wait from 5:55-6:30... Horrible, I should have just left and went to a Starbucks or Bosa.

Regular coffee flavor is inconsistent, sometimes it’s good, sometimes it tastes like water. The wait is very long every time. The menu says they have muffins, the app will let you order muffins, but they don’t actually have muffins, and they will offer donuts instead once you pick up your order. And it’s overpriced. And they close at noon… ??
