“This was our first visit to the Capital Grill in Scottsdale. It was an experience to remember.

We had just purchased a new home in Arizona and stopped in to celebrate with drinks and a late lunch. Just walking in was impressive. The restaurant is beautiful ! The hostess immediately greeted us. She was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. We did not have reservations. Still, we experienced only a very short wait for our table.

Upon being seated, there was glitter on our table and beautiful card congratulating us on the purchase of the new home and a welcome to Arizona. (The hostess asked us earlier if there a special reason for stopping in)

Our wait staff was amazing, especially MARNIE ! Just the perfect blend of friendliness, knowledge, and superior service. Our food (Mini Tenderloin Sandwiches with Mushrooms) and drinks were to die for. Everything served to perfection.

We were served with a complimentary desert that was also to die for.

One of our favorite dining experiences ! We will be going back often. We highly recommend the Capital Grille. It is heaven !”

I was hungry before a concert and got to the venue pretty early, so I grabbed the southwestern burger. It was delicious! Nice, thick burger, with tons of cheese and hatch chili peppers on, and they didn't skimp on the bacon too. Great burger for a great price, I'll definitely be back again! The food was impeccable and all sent out evenly spaced so we could enjoy each course. We had the lobster escargot for an app and I recommend taking them out of the tray and set on plate because they are so hot. Excellent flavors though. The oysters were amazing and the tray of condiments were a delight. We shared the filet and it was cooked medium rare to perfection. Oh and the butter cake is a must for dessert! We look forward to coming back again and again.”

“Solid above average food. Brussel sprouts were really on point for an appetizer as well as the macaroni and cheese. Thete is a nice cheesy grits on the side dish menu that I liked as well. For dessert we tried the tiramisu which was really large and quite sweet for a tiramisu. Tiramisu is one of my all-time favorites. I've never had one even close to this sweet. So this was a disconnect for me.

Overall, These guys use quality ingredients and put out a good plate of food. It's not a place I'm going to be craving non-stop, but will definitely be back.”

Found out during the end of our meal that she had only been working there for two days. She was as knowledgeable and professional as she could be. She checked back numerous times to see if we needed anything. The brunch burger was amazing. So many flavors inside one bun! The Bloody Mary’s were spot on! We dont live here but if we did this would be a regular spot for brunch, business dinners or just a great date night!
