Very disappointed when I recieved my UberEats for lunch, and opened it to find this. I tried to take a bite but it's so burnt tasting and hard that it scratched the roof of my mouth. Hopefully UberEats will refund this burnt waste of a lunch.

The manager here Michelle is AWESOME!!! I dropped my keys through a grate outside when I parked and she & Alecia took on the mission. They rigged a broomstick & saved the day …. On my birthday at that !! They are rockstars!Yes, the bagels & coffee are great too! But in an era of impersonal service this type of goodwill and service makes everything better!!

I went into store on Wednesday morning, and there were 5 employees visible. Only about 4 customers in the store, all seated and not unhappy. I stood at counter waiting for acknowledgment and to place an order.. not one employee greeted or cared I was standing there waiting.. 5 minutes I stood there. Not once did anyone try to show any sort of interest. The lady at register even talked to another employee (possibly manager) about non-work related topic while I stood waiting for someone to take my order.Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I will never be back. Food I’ve ordered from here in the past has been way worse than other locations I’ve been to.

Incompetence is an issue here. I’ve given this location and the location on thunderbird multiple chances and I won’t be returning after today. Specifically today I placed a mobile order so I didn’t have to talk to anyone just go in and out and pick up my order on the shelf (I love restaurants that do that). After returning home, I noticed that an item was missing for my breakfast. So I drove back and didn’t make a big deal of it and grabbed the missing item. Now, a couple hours later my husband is about to come home from work on lunch and I went back to my Einstein bag in the fridge to set up his Turkey sandwich and cookie combo. Opened the bag and saw that the chocolate chip cookie isn’t there. Two items missing on an order of five items. I’m too busy now to go back to the store so I called to say my husband will be picking up his missing cookie I paid for. On the phone the employee asked to see the receipt when he comes in and then the employee said “yeah I can do that for you”. Okay but there shouldn’t have been 2/5 items missing in the first place that we need to come back twice to get it fixed?! You aren’t doing anything for me when I have to output this much effort and driving to fix a simple order.Before today issues involved forgetting items, a bad waiting queue system, and a burnt bagel. I have to find a new bagel place now but that’s okay.

I ordered a jalapeno bagel $3 with smear not realizing I was paying almost twice as much to include the 'smear' which was approx. $2 extra for a teaspoon of creamcheese. I actually thought 'smear' was part of the deal. Just saying be aware of the little things that you may not realize you're being charged extra for.
Honestly, I don’t know why I keep coming here, and it’s on me that I do. Every time I order from this location, my order is wrong. Every. Single. Time. This morning, I ordered a bacon and cheddar with two egg whites, and I got bacon and cheddar with one regular egg. The cheese is never melted, so at least that’s consistent. Avoid this place any weekday morning before 9am - I’ve never had luck during this time.

It's amazing how the slightest courtesy or good customer service can make all the difference in a review. I walked in on this Thursday morning for the first time in a long time to Einstein's bagel after visiting the Dirty Dough Cookies store next-door parentheses which, by the way, has outstanding customer service) and there was only one lady in front of me in line. As I stepped up behind her, several other people came into the restaurant and the guys behind the counter, proceeded to greet them and ask them if they will get the usual. Mind you no one had said word, one to me yet. So I asked the gentleman behind the counter "can I order two?" And he proceeded to give me some BS lying about the people behind me coming in all the time. Seeing as how they were not, Jesus Christ, reborn, or the owners of the restaurant; which still would not excuse this piss, poor customer service behavior, that sounded a whole lot like an immature "you" problem. How often they come in has nothing to do with me being acknowledged as a customer and having my order taken next, or even a helllo and welcome. Will not be visiting the shop again, and looks like they need to brush up their employees on what customer service looks like.

The staff is amazing and they take care of their customers. The lines can get pretty long on the weekends but the staff makes sure it moves quickly. Michelle runs this place like it's her own, making sure you feel taken care of. Highly recommend this location. You guys are great.
