The manager here Michelle is AWESOME!!! I dropped my keys through a grate outside when I parked and she & Alecia took on the mission. They rigged a broomstick & saved the day …. On my birthday at that !! They are rockstars!Yes, the bagels & coffee are great too! But in an era of impersonal service this type of goodwill and service makes everything better!!

I went into store on Wednesday morning, and there were 5 employees visible. Only about 4 customers in the store, all seated and not unhappy. I stood at counter waiting for acknowledgment and to place an order.. not one employee greeted or cared I was standing there waiting.. 5 minutes I stood there. Not once did anyone try to show any sort of interest.
