Our dinner experience, unfortunately, was very bad. We were served fish that was undercooked & beef that looked/tasted like it had been microwaved with uncomplimentary sauce/sides. This was disheartening because we had been before, and loved it, so this time bringing friends was a really disappointing experience. Our server took the fish off the bill, but being that our full group couldn't even finish the meals, it would have been nice to get something extra for the under prepared...read full review
The website still shows online that you can bring a bottle of wine and has a corkage fee. You cannot bring a bottle of wine. CIELO has not updated this info online! Service was slow for dinner; however, we were not starving. Exec chef did come out to our table to apologize and updated us on the status of our food. Food was great, once it arrived. Patio and view was great!

Had an absolutely amazing experience! Valet were extremely attentive & on top of grabbing the vehicle. Dominique was OUTSTANDING during the entire facial (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) Room was cozy, cool & had the best view. All of the staff members were more than pleasant.
