Horrible! Simply, horrible. Normally I like Pita Jungle, but this location is awful. Their portions are half the size of other locations and they actually charge more for them! I ordered a chicken combo platter. At the Desert Ridge location they give you two chicken breasts. This place, only one. They give you half the rice, beans, and veggies too. They could at least include a jar of Vaseline for when they bend you over. I'll never eat here again and I suggest you don't either. This place is a rip-off.

Happy hour is a great value. Tried the grilled chicken pita...yum! Patio nice but needs better shade protection.
Came in for a quick bite and was absolutely blown away by the awesome customer service. Friendly accommodating and helpful in every way Cristian was a fanatical service provider offering helpful tips.The atmosphere was fun vibrant and modern. The restaurant was packed, yet you'd never feel the pressure. Calm collective and courteous was the whole vibe.The food was delicious to boot. The chocolate covered baklava was super tasty and crisp.

Great service this night a Scottsdale location. Had many gluten free “bread” options so the people in the party are gluten free don’t feel left out. No ? be was celiac so I’m not sure about cross contamination. Service was excellent even with a large party. I’ve visited three different locations and I wasn’t sure if it was supposed to be fast food or a sit down restaurant. Scottsdale Shea definitely felt more like a sit down restaurant. The Chipotle Chicken Lavash Pizza with gf crust was delicious.
On Sunday, Feb 18th I was attending the Harkins Theater Movie Festival and stopped in to Pita Jungle to eat. It was super busy but I was greeted and seated. I ordered the roasted Chicken Shawarma and the Hummus. The food was good but what I loved about being there is seeing the two managers hustling and bustling taking care of all the customers. They genuinely cared about my experience during this visit. Because of this - I will be back.

Not sure if the problems were based on bad day or if this is an ongoing issue. 1) Service- took 25 minutes to get a glass of water for our party of 4 and a drink menu. Servers seemed to not know who had responsibility for our table so no one took it. 2) Food- Wrong food delivered. Special order not made correctly. (was special due to dietary restrictions) Food was cold when was supposed to be a pita. Instead of remaking just brought Pita bread. 3) Had to ask for adjustment to bill even though everything was wrong. Did not correct initially. 4) This used to be a good place for dinner after movie and have frequented many times. WILL NOT GO BACK

Food is amazing. The cauliflower with tahini is incredible. Order it! Fatoosh salad very good. Prices are very reasonable! Service friendly and good. Outdoor patio is large and very nice. Indoor is fine, nothing special. Very good go-to place.

I'm a huge fan of Pita Jungle. Wish I could take them home to London with me! The portions are ample and the prices consistent with everywhere else. I ordered the grilled cauliflower and Tahini. It was huge! Enough for 2 and I loved the caramelized onions. I then had the hummus with grilled chicken. Simple but what a taste. They truly understand seasoning. If it wasn't for the patio I would award it 5 stars. Need to do something about the railing, pit flower pots or something to stop all the birds. It's just a "concrete jungle". Time to spruce it up!

A pleasant Scottsdale location, with plenty of outdoor seating in a medium to high foot traffic area. The service was very good, although our server seemed to "miss" us a couple times, but they were probably busy. The food was certainly healthy, filling, and tasty. Portions were satisfactory. The menu is extensive and the use of various spices in the soup and pita was noteworthy; not overspiced, but a healthy diversity of ingredients and spices, yielding a fresh experience with each bite. This location does not accept larger bills.
