Every time I come they either don’t have what I want or they can’t make what I want even though other Starbucks locations can. Staff are not friendly and even the straws are glued on one side.

Why even be open today with instructions in your app to go inside to pick something up. And then I get there and there's about a hundred people in the drive thru line to pick something up. No signs until you get out and walk to the lobby that you're only open in the drivethru. The whole point of ordering ahead is convenience. If I knew that I would have to wait in line for 30 minutes. I would have skipped it.
Closing the lobby when we mobile ordering and leaving the drive thru open is insane.

This is a cozy location out of 3 in the area. The staff is what makes this location great. Awesome chill atmosphere, new chairs outside. For breakfast the bacon sausage wrap is my choice it's filling too. Yup and some staff knows my order before I order it... AWESOME! It's the little things that stand out the most to me...smiles and cheer even with a full drive thru. This Starbucks location is my favorite! All the employees are kind, they say good morning and they actually smile and look at you when they greet you! And this morning they made my day I got a holiday cup with my pick up order.I know they get busy and but even when they are in the middle of a rush the atmosphere is still great! Thank you guys! I appreciate the hard workers at this store!

Came in my son ordered me a pike? I asked if I could get some "sugar and cream". The young lady that helped me ask. What type of sugar? Sevia, sweet and low, or sugar? When I responded sugar the young lady got mad ?. She grab 3 packs of sugar and said to an older can you get that guy cream? Then she walked away but glared at me numerous times while waiting on order.Mad be cause I ask for sugar and cream.
