Worst customer service ever I order a Trenta black tea with my pineapple and ask the cashier if I needed to add sweetenerand she said no it was already sweetened so I said ok.when the drink was given to me, I drank from it and it was not sweet , so I said excuse me can I get sweetener? One of the young girls turned around and looked at me like I had asked for her Soul…and She said which kind and I said classic and I said oh it’s cause I thought the base was going to be sweet and she looked at me with a an annoyed face and said like the base is black tea. It’s not sweetened ..and I’m like oh ok.I kinda knew that already .but I didn’t tell her that the other girl told me it was sweet so I just took the sweetener. She literally gave me the cup just turned around and I said thank you , didn’t even say is there something else I can do for you or maybe I don’t know offer me more sweetener since she did see. I had a Trenta cup .. there was like 3 young employees I didn’t get names there was a younge male guy. He was nice him and the cashier were nice but the other barista girls that were there were horrible super rude.Super disappointed.I’m not sure if me being darker skin had anything to do with the girls annoyed face .but somebody should teach em customer service manners .

I asked the lady that took my Order for just an iced water they gave the gentleman before me his coffee while he was ordering and I was left waiting for my water so I ended up leaving because I had to get to work without it

4/1 I did a mobile order for a grande strawberry açaí. When I picked up my drink, I asked for an ice water since you can not order online. The barista told me to go stand in line for the water. UNBELIEVABLE!

This Starbucks always seem to be out of certain drinks and customizations for drinks. I understand it’s at a mall and it gets busy but them running out of things seem to happen more often than not. And this is the only Starbucks I can go to that’s convenient for me since I work at the mall. Plus, the service is not always the best at this Starbucks. Very disappointing. Please do better.

The lady that made my drink was kinda rude. I ask for a small cup of ice because she put like 2 cubes in my drink..She tells me, " You'll have to order one."In 20+ years of coming to this business, I've never once been told i have to get back in line and order a cup of ice.. lolWhen i tell her that i didn't know that's the way. And that's I've never been told that and they normally just say sure and give me the cup of ice.. she tells me " well they are wrong and shouldn't do that " lolHorrible service.But first world problems. ??♂️

Being that I work at the mall, I just wish I could say the baristas were friendly. I understand they are busy, but even when I come at 8am before shoppers arrive, the customer service is terrible. I feel like a burden if I ever need anything. I try to make connections but with no avail. No smiles, eye contact, or your welcomes. I also understand there may be different regulations with the mall location, I just wish they explained things nicely. It’s also fairly unclean. If I can, I go to the Nordstrom Cafe now despite the longer wait.

I got a venti double chocolate chip frappuccino with oat milk and no whipped cream and they supplied what I asked for.I felt a feeling of patience and kindness from the people that took my order and I appreciate it a lot. They made sure they got my order correct and I appreciate their kindness.Plus, I love how late they close. I wasn’t having the best day and wanted to treat myself and they were one of the only starbucks locations open.It did take a little bit to receive my drink but I don’t mind a wait. The location is inside the mall so I do wish it was possible to have the restaurant with an outdoor entrance but other than that, no complaints <3
New hours are ridiculous, Starbucks should open at 4:30 am for workers who want coffee before work, 7:00 am isn’t worth it

Love the layout of this location. The employees here are great and always answer any of my questions regarding new drinks (new to me). Wish they were able to secure a better break room for their employees so they aren't still face to face with guest. My drinks from here are great all the time.
