Being that I work at the mall, I just wish I could say the baristas were friendly. I understand they are busy, but even when I come at 8am before shoppers arrive, the customer service is terrible. I feel like a burden if I ever need anything. I try to make connections but with no avail. No smiles, eye contact, or your welcomes. I got a venti double chocolate chip frappuccino with oat milk and no whipped cream and they supplied what I asked for.I felt a feeling of patience and kindness from the people that took my order and I appreciate it a lot. They made sure they got my order correct and I appreciate their kindness.Plus, I love how late they close. This Starbucks always seem to be out of certain drinks and customizations for drinks. I understand it’s at a mall and it gets busy but them running out of things seem to happen more often than not. And this is the only Starbucks I can go to that’s convenient for me since I work at the mall. Plus, the service is not always the best at this Starbucks. Very disappointing. Please do better.
