came in 4pm, august 23. only one girl working the stand, didn’t greet me whatsoever, i was left standing there. finally i just asked for my drinks and a cake pop and she was extremely unresponsive. got the drinks and she forgot the cake pop. i was standing there for a bit, and decided to just ask for it. she said sorry and handed me a frozen cake pop in a sandwich bag. not edible so disappointed.

I come in almost daily for my Coffee fix and am always greeted by Sam. He is such a polite young man and always chats with his customers and really gets to know them. He always knows my order and is always smiling and quick to help. He seems to be there the most often out of the employees (who are all nice) which shows he is reliable and always willing to help. The coffee always comes out great as well as short lines and wait time then your regular Starbucks. I will continue to keep coming for my daily fix. Thank you.

Lily at evening shift is super super slow. I waited 15 minutes for a medium latte. With one person ahead of me.
