THIS. STARBUCKS. **LOCATION** Is most definitely : MY - GO - TO!!!! They really MUST have some of the VERY BEST and GREATEST MANAGEMENT!!!! EVERY - SINGLE - PERSON - on this STAFF, has always been : the most enjoyable, (especially when I needed it!!!!),.. AND - MOST fun, friendly, and way beyond enlightening for my visit, and for the comfy feeling when leaving there!!! Not just as EMPLOYEES of an establishment,.. BUT : AS REAL, loving, encouraging, and courteous PEOPLE!!!!
If Gilda or a young man is working, you'll get a perfectly made drink. Those two do a great job and are personable. Today my husband picked me up my usual drink (venti iced lightly sweet chai) and it tastes like milk. I'm wondering if the person put ANY chai in my drink. I asked my husband who was working, and it wasn't either of the regular two people I've mentioned above. I come in almost daily for my Coffee fix and am always greeted by Sam. He is such a polite young man and always chats with his customers and really gets to know them. He always knows my order and is always smiling and quick to help. He seems to be there the most often out of the employees (who are all nice) which shows he is reliable and always willing to help.
