This is my favorite Starbucks around. I live closer to another Starbucks but come to this location. This store has great service (shout outs to Chase, ReiAnne, Brian, and others). Also the store is kept clean, and has adequate seating.
Micheal is amazing worker and individual. This beautiful man turned my mishap into a simple to fix /no big deal. I made a mistake of picking a random frap and deviating from the classic Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap. MOCHA/JAVA MEANS HEAVY ON THE CHOCOLATE ?. Just a General Announcment? in case you like me thought it means coffee flavor.

I just want to say how overly impressed I am with the level of customer service and professionalism all the staff members have. I’m a sucker for positive interactions and memorable customer experiences. It makes my day when I roll up to the drive thru and I’m greeted genuinely and happily.
