Simply wanted a cake pop and a lemon cake with a latte and instead I got a cake pop bag thrown at me and 0/10 service. y’all suck let’s do better next time.

I asked for a little more half With my espresso and I was told no that’s a latte… no it’s espresso with some half and half… I drink Starbucks almost daily… this location is full of a Bunch of blue haired pierced up half and half Nazis. I’d fire them all.

Worst customer service! The first time I went, no one greeted us, they acted annoyed at their job and us. I was going to write a review but I gave them grace and figured maybe they were just having a bad day. Now fast forward to today. The same two girls are working, they do not greet us or the gentleman who came in behind us. They never smiled even once. The girl who made our iced drink gave it to us warm with the lid not secured and when it spilled at the counter I asked for help and she wordlessly handed me napkins to clean it up myself and then wouldnt take the soiled napkins, she instead told me to throw them away myself! This is on 4/11/24 @3pm so there is no confusion as to who is working this day. I hope corporate reads this and does some retraining. This is a customer service based job. This should be unacceptable to Starbucks standards. **I have never ever had an experience like this at any other Starbucks. I have always loved how wonderful their products and employees are.

The lady was making my coffee and made a comment and a weird look on her face. I asked her if something was wrong with my coffee and she said it is disgusting!!! Very disrespectful at the least....if she hates her job, go elsewhere!

Overall, it's a good location. The only issue I had was when I ordered , no one called out my name stating it was ready. They have a system where customers need to find their own order. This is fine - the issue is not knowing when it's ready, so we are just looking at and touching other people's orders.

The Manager that they have hired in this store is simply a rude, condescending, lying little girl. A friend of mine ordered some items in the drive thru last month, before work, and realized that a couple items were missing when she got to work. She went back to the Starbucks, and the manager tried to intimidate her to say that she was lying about receiving the items, wouldn't let her ask the barista herself, and LIED about having cameras at the store to review since the items cost over 7$, and she didn't receive them. Basically told my friend she was lying, and created a hostile interaction. HORRIBLE customer service skills with this young girl. So after 20 minutes, my friend flipped her coffee which landed on my friends hands and on the managers apron, a little on the counter, and she left. That manager called my friends place of employment, and HUGELY exaggerated the incident, lied about getting burned from 20 minute old coffee, and some tablet that was non existent getting ruined. My friend was not on the clock at her job, but since one of her "besties" works there, my friend got suspended. While this girl is allowed to go on lying and treating customers like 2nd class citizens. Starbucks need to vet their employees better, hopefully this review will open someone eyes. I personally would sue for defamation, and wrongful suspension and/or termination.

The girl in the drive thru is unbelievably rude. No kindness in her tone at all. I complained to the supervisor and she wasn’t any better. I think I’ll call corporate. This is bad for business.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to with my coworkers for a mid-day pick me up but OH MY GOODNESS THIS EMPLOYEE SUCKED!Whoever was working the window at 1pm on 09/12 at this location needs a ATTITUDE adjustment. She was so rude! I couldn't believe it!We pulled up to the window she gave us our drinks and did not say a word. I sat there because I also got a cake pop. When she realized we were just sitting there, she just came to the window and starred at. Felt like I was expected to be a mind reader. I finally told her "Oh I am just waiting for my cake pop". No words again and just walked away. She came back to the window and said they didn't have any then JUST TURNED AWAY! We sat there again in our car and she came back.... no words. I asked for two straws and if I could get a refund. NO WORDS AGAIN and turns away. She came back to the window with the scanner thing and just held it out the window. I said "thank you" and she literally JUST TURNED AWAY WITH NO WORDS AGAIN!This girl needs some happy juice in her life because that attitude needs to go.

The worst Starbucks ever. They can’t make any of their drinks right anytime I come here. My frap is nothing but liquid. It’s a coffee with no ice pretty much. It isn’t that hard to remember whipped cream at the bottom of a drink. This is why Dunkin is better than you guys.
