I work across the street from this location. I have never experienced such poor service from a Starbucks before. With only 3 cars ahead of me it took over 20 minutes to get my coffee and when I finally did the order was wrong

Overall, it's a good location. The only issue I had was when I ordered , no one called out my name stating it was ready. They have a system where customers need to find their own order. This is fine - the issue is not knowing when it's ready, so we are just looking at and touching other people's orders.
