I was at this location after getting groceries last night in Albertsons. I went over to ask the guy behind the counter it they had the protein box like the other Starbucks have. He told me I was thinking of McDonald's and I said no, I always get them at the Starbucks in McCormick Ranch Park. He says, "well they don't have them here" in a very mean voice. I wanted to order a drink but he just walked away after that. There was no one at the counter except me. So I will never go there again to that location. This was the first time I had really bad customer service with a Starbucks employee. He definitely needs customer service skills or don't work where you have to be friendly and smile. I walked out and went to my usual location of Starbucks

I'm sure Joseph is up to speed now since that previous one-star review. In fact, Joseph was leaving his shift as I entered the store so I asked him if they were closing. He gave me a cheerful response and told me his colleague would take care of me. She was equally pleasant and helpful, making both drinks exactly as ordered. One thing to remember is that a lot of grocery stores, including ones that have a Starbucks, became understaffed during and after Covid. Those embedded Starbucks may have fewer employees, some might be newer to the job taking over for more experienced employees who never came back, and they may sometimes need to close earlier than their stated hours because of understaffing issues. So let's all try to be sensitive to that new reality.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Some barista man named Joseph has no clue what he is doing.I've seen him working here for a while and he cannot get drinks right. I've never seen someone struggle so much with an oven.

So I was in Starbucks they told me you can’t be here seating due to COVID, & I tell the people who work In Starbucks I will leave I’m just gonna charge my phone then the manager idk what it was being rude to me to leave again I told her I know I have to leave also you guys put something so people can’t seat there not more smh
