I'm sure Joseph is up to speed now since that previous one-star review. In fact, Joseph was leaving his shift as I entered the store so I asked him if they were closing. He gave me a cheerful response and told me his colleague would take care of me. She was equally pleasant and helpful, making both drinks exactly as ordered.
