After an hour long wait, we waited for quite some time before a server came over. It was very busy, however, it became quite apparent that was not the problem. The noise in there was deafening, more like a nightclub than a restaurant, which did not reflect the charm of the decor. After asking the hostess for help getting more water and drink refills, we were again forgotten. Parties that came in after we did were helped quickly and routinely received refills and their food came quickly. After some time, our meals came. The kebab platter was good, however, our burgers were undercooked and mine was almost raw in the middle. My mom’s salad was warm so she couldn’t risk eating it. The noise level was so uncomfortable that we all left with headaches.Wheelchair accessibility: A poorly designed ramp is in the back, most likely for deliveries. It was difficult for my mom to maneuver through the restaurant and there wasn’t a particularly good place to put her scooter. I understand that the restaurant may be designed with younger people in mind, but the elderly and disabled so often feel overlooked as it is and this experience just emphasized that feeling. We will definitely not be back and I believe our families and friends will be giving it a hard pass due to the overwhelming disinterest in serving us.

Nice atmosphere, great food and service. We loved the breakfast sandwich, macaroni, burrata and crepes!Only thing I would change is to turn the dj music down a little so we didn't have to yell to hear each other through the entire meal.

Waited 2 hours for a table for 8. Called to make reservations and told to go to website. Website only takes reservations for 10 or more. Finally told we could split party to two tables of 4 and when table comes available we’d be moved to one table so our entire party could sit together. When the table became available all of he sudden they told us because we ordered, we couldn’t be moved. Offered two trivial desserts options. Told twice manager would speak to us. They never did, this speaks volumes about the management. This place is under managed, poorly managed and mismanaged. Not worth the wait or aggravation. Menu is very limited and portions are small. There are many options in the area, skip this one. If you’re looking for a loud experience with flash but no substance this is the place for you.

Visiting from out of town and stopped in here for dinner and left with food poisoning. My daughter had the lobster bisque and became very sick and vomited all night long. We know it was the soup because she started feeling sick within 30 minutes and hadn’t eaten anything else since much earlier in the day. She felt fine once she got it all out of her system. The ambiance at this place was nice and our server was nice. However, the hostess was rude and food poisoning aside, the food wasn’t good.

My BFF was in town visiting and I always wanted to try this restaurant. My husband and I had tried a couple different times but it was always super busy. This time we were able to get a table right away. Unfortunately that was the only thing we got right away. The service was pitiful. It took over 10 minutes for our server to greet us. Then she only wanted to tell us her name and bring some waters. It took several minutes for her to come back. Finally we ordered. My friend's jalapeno chicken sandwich was good. I had ordered chicken sliders with fries and lobster bisque. The lobster bisque was so cold it was creamy, not liquid like it is supposed to be. My fries were also stone cold. I do have to say that chicken sliders were good. Would have better accompanied by fries though. Once the server finally reappeared I told her about the soup. Once I got a new bowl I tried it, it was okay. Not that great, not that bad. The lobster piece itself was awful. Overcooked and fishy tasting. I did not eat the bisque due to this. I would like to say I could recommend this place because the atmosphere is good but I can't. The food was subpar and service was too. I also had to ask for the Dr Pepper twice that I ordered at the beginning.

Jordan B was our server and the service was not great at all. Took 15 minutes for her to come and greet us and that was only after we asked someone else who worked there to grab us our server. Saw her a total of 2 times the entire night, did not feel like our server was present with us all night. The atmosphere and ambience was great, just wish our service was better

I ordered burger and fries, the fries came cold and the burger was awful freezer burnt, my sister ordered Chicken salad, salad delivered without the chicken. I guess people come here to drink not the food.

As advertised, it did indeed have a casual beach feel. Comfortable airy decor with lots of open windows.Food choices were all over the place, from Mediterranean to Mexican, yet all were well prepared and tasty. Great drink selection.

Love the food but they love to close an hour early and not answer the phone. Annoying when you drive 30 minutes here.

This place is slipping, used to be one of my all time favorites, but the service is going down hill and their new cheerleader skirts look like Halloween is going on full time. Ownership needs to reevaluate that for sure and get the service figured out. It's too good of a location to not be a 5 star bar!!!! Help!!!

Place is great if you just want to go to act like you're in a nightclub. Guess it's the cool spot to go. Drinks were ok. Nothing special until we got the bill. Asked for spicy Bloody Mary. Got a good Bloody Mary, nothing special. Billed $15 for Tito's, $2 for Bloody Mary, and $1 for jalapeño garnish! $18 Bloody Mary see when all other speciality drinks were $15. Ok. Fine. Food- Mac and cheese- looked like creamy soup. No flavor. Deviled eggs. Again no flavor. But the arugula was drizzled with truffle so that wasn't bad. Lobster roll. Not bad. Kale salad. Ok Fried chicken sandwhich - 1st one looked like we got fried chicken skin. Thin and chewy. Sent back and one was replaced like a minute later. Cold still thin and so damn dry. Seems they batch a bunch of chicken and let them sit under heat lamp, drying out. Not crunchy. Not hot. And dry! Should come with a health advisory of a choking hazard. Definitely skip this place.
