SaltRock Kitchen serves very good food, with dishes like Scallops entre' featuring large scallops. The service is excellent, and the ambiance and views of the Mesa from the deck are stunning. While the atmosphere can be somewhat distracted by outdoor games in the hotel's common area, the restaurant is still worth recommending for its food, service, and value.
