“We tried a sodalicious in Gilbert so we liked it so much, we knew we wanted another before leaving AZ for CA on a road trip. We found this location in Avondale. It's not too far off the freeway, so pretty convenient. There was no line. This location is built into an old mechanics shop or oil change place, so it was kinda neat because you get to the window and you're technically indoors with covering from the sun and rain. We thought it was creative use of the space. The worker was super nice, she gave us a sticker of the month or week or whatever which was very fun. Our drinks were amazing and the cookies they sell are also bomb. Definitely a great pick me up quick stop.“

But the one thing that stands out to me versus some competitors (nothing is quite like Nekter) is the customer service you receive once you set foot in the door. The Nekter team always acknowledges you and ensures you are taken care of. Even if they had just been in the back, they promptly come out and immediately greet anyone that had walked in the door. If you are waiting for your online order and sit down, they call your name before putting it in the freezer. This is opposite of an experience I had at Jamba Juice earlier this week. “As much as I love their coffee the line as of yet has gotten out of line. It takes forever to get coffee here now. I leave to go to work early and still end up in the line forever and it's usually one car holding everyone up. I run a doctor's office so know how to keep the flow of a business going but this is crazy. They have two lanes but one is only ever in use. Good thing the staff are awesome.“
“Tried for the first time today and Alex displayed excellent service. What caught my attention was the offering of free samples and wow was the strawberry milk delicious! I was recommend what I believe was called the strawberry swirl which is essentially the strawberry milk with whip cream and a vanilla caramel. Tasted exactly like an iced strawberries and cream frappé. A sweet and refreshing beverage that I’ll definitely come back for“

“It is a pizza place for families. You order over the phone or at the counter. We decided to dine in. We ordered a sub sandwich and a calzone. The sub was a foot long! The calzone had a great cheese pull and a ton of ricotta with a pot of red sauce for dipping. We will be bringing back leftovers.“

“We love the flavors and options but listening was not this lady's strong suit. The one lady working tonight Nov 1st 2021 ignored my shy kids order when I spoke up from him and ordered his first and replaced it with the second item. My oldest ordered a lilly tea and she put macca green tea without any topoc covering any sort of green tea. I ordered a total of 5 items and 2 were missing or wrong. Even if someone is new that is not a good percent. I even tipped before receiving the items which makes me wish I never made 1 order. What bothered me most is we spoke about oreo drinks for a good 5 minutes straight because my son loves oreos and she acted like we were an issue when I asked where the 4th drink was. If I show up a second time and she's working we will take our business elsewhere.“

“This past week, we unfortunately had to put down my dog, Winston. On the day of his appointment, we decided to stop and give him one last pup cup. I asked the “Bro-ista” if it were possible to get the largest pup cup they could make and explained the circumstances. I ordered a drink as well to hopefully offset the cost of what it would have been to make the pup cup. Not only did they cover my drink, the whole crew hand-delivered Winston the biggest pup cup that I have ever seen. There must have been 7 or 8 workers who came out to our car give him his last treat. It was completely unexpected, but I felt so supported during one of the worst days that I have had. I am thankful for this crew and what they did for our guy that day.
