I ordered through their drive thru, and the shrimp taco was disgusting. When I say disgusting, it was cold, the shrimp was hard, and it was not worth the price at all. I took two bites, and couldn't continue eating it. I don't recommend.

Cafe Rio, we really enjoy your food, but for the love, PLEASE COOK YOUR RICE LONGER. We come here at least once a month and the rice is always very underdone.

This was my first and last time to visit the restaurant . The beef was horrible, they give you 4 pieces of meat. They charge extra for basically everything. The employees seem like they are being forced to work there. Not worth it at all.

Went in for take out, but left and went elsewhere. Food quality looked terrible. It was 8pm, they didn’t close until 10, and all they had for meat was shredded chicken because they stop grilling meats before 8 for some reason. Customer service was very lacking. No one looked like they enjoyed or appreciated their job.

The manager and team at this location on 3/26/24 were simply amazing. I placed an order through the app and it fails to tell you that the location is closed at the moment. Anyways, I am sick right now and I wanted to do curbside. I sit outside for 20 minutes and no food. I go inside and don't see any food. The managers stand up and ask what's going on and I tell them. They were sympathetic for no reason and started asking the team if food was cooking and how opening was going. I couldn't believe they started making my food right away and they weren't even supposed to open for 20 more minutes. Theywere so kind when they didn't have to be <3

I will add to this once we get our food, but right now I'd like to say for you to NOT order ahead of time. Just go straight to the line and order your food there. It has already taken 25 minutes to get an order for the 2 of us. People who ordered the line AFTER we got here have already finished their meal and left.Do NOT order online!!Ok, food wise, we ordered fajita peppers in the burrito, but got seasonal roasted vegetables instead.Horchata tasted like milk, with a feeble attempt at flavoring it with some cinnamon.Black beans in the burrito, when we asked for NO beans.
Place was empty of customers. Ate inside, was there for about an hour, all tables were in need of cleaning when I arrived, sat at the least unclean one. In the time I was there no employee came out to clean any tables. Very disappointed. I like Cafe Rio salads very much, but their standards have gone down quite a bit.Also, and this is pretty much most places nowadays, when you need to ask to have lettuce in a salad, there is definitely something wrong.Parking: N/A
