The last 2 times I've gotten a Caribbean Passion drink it has been made wrong. It's normally sweet and tastes delicious. This most recent time it was so tart I couldn't even drink it. I even tried giving it to my son who loves tart things and he didn't drink it. These drinks are not cheap. I'm very unhappy. I spent $17 on a large and small and what a waste! Very disappointing.

Worst ever Jamba Juice I have been to. Rude female employee with some attitude, and did not even made Açaí bowl properly. I have been to Jamba Juice many times in my life, but this one wasn’t that good.

I wish to stay anonymous for what I am about to tell you because I will no longer be affect or miss treated by my own manger anymore (Patrica Grace). I really hope you have no idea what’s going on in these stores (1587 and 1456) because for these young teens to experience a work environment like this unacceptable, and if you do know what’s going on then you should be ashamed of your company and lucky that no one has filed a lawsuit against you guys. Patrica Grace is one of the worst mangers I have ever had in my 5 years of working. I have no idea how she was hired on as a manger she isn’t suit for a management and not only that she was fired from 2 of her jobs for the exact same actions that she is doing in these stores. Teens come into work every single day and get BULLIED OR MISTREATED OR DEGRADED by PATRICA GRACE. My Co-works have reached out to hire levels but nothing has stopped nor has nothing been done by your higher up management team. It is so inappropriate and AGAINST THE LAW to go around spreading personal information and RUMORS as a manger!!!! That is so unprofessional and disrespectful not only to your businesses but to your employees. A lot of people who work here are their first jobs and around 16 to 17 if they are not a shift lead, and the amount of employees who text and call me on the regular bases bc of how MEAN our 80 year old manger is. THESE ARE CHILDREN WHO WORK HERE!!!! Parent if u are reading this…. Is this something you want your children working at? To be degraded or talk about behind our backs by our own manger. These kids can’t even ask their manger Patrica Grace a simple question because she WILLL call you stupid or an idiot or she’ll use inappropriate language. Please let me remind you one more time about how workers of this franchise have gone to upper management about this individual and still no actions I been taken. These poor works are bullied every single day by their own manger. These are literal children you guys. My team and I have done everything we could do to get this mentally abusive manger out of this business but no one will listen or take action for us (their own employees). It’s unacceptable what goes on in this work space and it’s even more unacceptable if you know what’s going on and u are letting it happen. THAT IS SICK!!! Absolutely sick, your manger goes around cussing your employees out and then spending LIES around both of the store. LIES she spreads LIES and still nothing has been done, even though people have reached and still nothing has been done. How many more employees need to quit before this company understands that their manger is the reason they quit. I wish you will reach out to ALLLL of the employees from store 1456 and 1587 and asked them what is your manger like because there is so much more than what i am putting. So please reach out to ALL OF THEM because this isn’t even the cherry on top. This will be the last time I reach out about this manner. If nothing is done you will be hearing from lawyers and u will lose 6 of your employees. Thank you

Every time I come to this location the girl with the dark short hair and face piercing denies me my fresh pressed ginger shot. The older lady always makes it no problem and has perfect service but the short hair girl goes out her way every time to say they’re not making my ginger shots or there’s no ginger. This happened at least 7 times and this is the closest location to me. Never had this issue at any other Jamba location from Beverly Hills to Tampa this is ridiculous.

Do not come to this location. The reviews speak for themselves. The inconsiderate and disrespectful worker (didn’t catch her name) short blonde hair with a septum piercing. She unlocked the bathroom door because my special needs son needed to go to the bathroom. She launched the door open as my son walked through (she was standing in the way and I couldn’t get to the door in time) and my son got smashed in the head with a heavy metal door. This “human” never even made sure he was okay, didn’t check on him, nothing. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I get it mistakes happen, but not even an apology from this “human” was muttered. I will never, ever come back here and I would advise you not to either. My son has a goose egg and a cut on his nose from her. STAY AWAY.

Came in to this store about 15 minutes until closing. There were two employees which both had such attitudes. I was already feeling uncomfortable due to their vibes. The customer service was so horrible that I told them nevermind. They did not say one word to me the whole time I was in the store. Would not go back there just because of that.

Always greeted with a disgusted look. Almost never a smile on any face working there. I don't even like going there as if my business bothers the workers. Just an awful place to go due to poor customer service that makes me feel uncomfortable every time I buy there. Nothing wrong with the smoothies I enjoy mine every time but the vibe is hostile.
