Always greeted with a disgusted look. Almost never a smile on any face working there. I don't even like going there as if my business bothers the workers. Just an awful place to go due to poor customer service that makes me feel uncomfortable every time I buy there. Nothing wrong with the smoothies I enjoy mine every time but the vibe is hostile.
Had a gift card and happened to be over in the surprise area so stopped on in. There was a general greeting when I walked in, which was nice (not overly enthused, but a greeting nonetheless). I asked if the attendant could check on the amount I had on the gift card $5... The last 2 times I've gotten a Caribbean Passion drink it has been made wrong. It's normally sweet and tastes delicious. This most recent time it was so tart I couldn't even drink it. I even tried giving it to my son who loves tart things and he didn't drink it. These drinks are not cheap. I'm very unhappy. I spent $17 on a large and small and what a waste! Very disappointing.
