I feel bad about this review, but l went through the drive through for a lemonade but upon pulling up to the window you can see Inside and view their entire beverage station. Ive never seen something so dirty. Thick layer of dust. Syrup splatter everywhere. Trash. Nothing looked like it had been cleaned in weeks or months. I told the cashier that I would not be doing my job as a father if i were to give my son a drink from such a disgusting place. It wasn't busy either. There was 1 car ahead of me. I'm surprised they actually paid for FOOD from this place. Hope they don't get sick!

Today, I stopped by TWO HOURS before closing and they were out of original recipe and refused to make more. Manager was apparently working the drive thru and was extremely rude. Not worth the time or money at this point.

I just spent $88 on my food for my family and it was TERRIBLE! Not only did I wait 40 mins inside the restaurant but I also gave money back to cashier because she gave me too much change back. The Mac n cheese was hard and rubbery, the chicken tenders and the pieces were def not fresh and def not cooked all the way! While I was waiting I saw a family come in and wait and they were not greeted or helped so they just walked out and left. I am officially done with KFC. It’s overpriced chicken and I am so pissed I spent $88 on food that went in the trash! This is a new location and it needs some serious help. I would love my money back or new food remade. My cashier was Jasmine. She was kind and I didn’t want her to get in trouble for not having her cash drawer correct at end of night. Definitely not happy and food was just awful!

FINALLY! This place has been remodeled with a brand new, fully functioning kitchen. The only problem is that they STILL don't have ANY food when you go there. On Friday night (at dinnertime) all customers were being told that there was a 30 minute wait for chicken. Tonight, we went there just for two pot pies, and we were told that "they were all sold out." Same issue as before...no food available for customers. Ridiculous!

I don't know what experiences have been like in the past at this location for everyone, but I can tell you that there's a new GM by the name of Ray and I had hands down the best KFC experience I have ever had in my life. Super friendly while ordering, when I got to the window he told me that they have fries but he wanted to make sure I got fresh ones and it'll be just a couple minutes.I said that's fine and I appreciate it the fact that he cared about the freshness because that seems to be rare anymore. When I got the food everything was fresh, and amazingly delicious.Usually from KFC I get a sandwich that has mayo on it but it barely has any mayo actually on it, but everything I got was made as if they were making it for themselves.Based on the reviews I've seen on this location, I would suggest that everyone who had inevited negative experience in the past go back and give it another chance.I just opened a business across the street and I'm very happy with this KFC. Like I said I can't speak on how it was in the past but I can say it seems that KFC has made an excellent choice in who they promoted to GM.Thank you for an excellent experience and meal, Ray!

From the moment you walk to the entry doors which are filthy dirty to the moment you open the door to the smell of OLD DISGUSTING GREASE which the foods tastes the same you will be appalled at the filth. From floors to windows to the coke machine which looks like it hasn't been clean deep cleaned in years,hard water stains running down from above,the floors and mop boards were disgusting. Had I not already paid I would have retreated and ran. I tried calling the complaint line and it rang and rang and rang no answer. This KFC SHOULD BE ASHAMED ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT ?

The chicken was so good,nice and tender,the Cole slaw was awsome and the potatoes and gravy was delicious.the biscuits were nice and buttery.our 2nd trip there and both times were money well spent.keep up the great work KFC!
