I went to this location the other night and was accidentally given the wrong sandwich, which was completely fine, accidents happen. What stuck out for me was when I called them they were so kind and quick to find a solution! I went into the store and they gave me not only a free sandwich, but a free pastry, and a free drink. This is the service I love to see. Shoutout to both Franky and Jayden they are both so great!!
This Panera is always wonderful. Great staff, very considerate and professional. I always ge true Green Goddess salad with light dressing and no tomatoes. They have never messed it up. We love their soups too. Last week the manager came around offering free pumpkin muffin samples. Yum! It was the perfect small dessert / sweet treat for after lunch. If they did this all the time, we'd eat here every Friday!!

My wife and I tried lunch at this relatively new Panera a couple of weeks ago and everything was great. We have been back 2 more times and all the food is always delicious. Today we also purchased extra items to bring home for company we are having tonight. I especially enjoyed the Turkey Chile and 10 Vegetable Soup, wife said the broccoli cheddar was very good as well.
