“I went to this location a few times & always received great & friendly service. All items are in stock & label well though out the store. The locations have scan & go service where you can setup the account via your app & have your credit card information to scan all your groceries items & pay. Also have self checkout area paying w/ your credit card only for our groceries & regular checkout's as well. Also their gas station is available for members which is usually .20 or more cheaper than other locations. If you would like affordable food & or sweets combo's are available for hotdog w/ soda, pizza w/ soda, ice cream, slushes, pretzel and churros. My suggestion would be for the food area to offer real nacho cheese for pretzels, and possibly offer nachos as well.“
“My wife and I tried lunch at this relatively new Panera a couple of weeks ago and everything was great. We have been back 2 more times and all the food is always delicious. Today we also purchased extra items to bring home for company we are having tonight. I especially enjoyed the Turkey Chile and 10 Vegetable Soup, wife said the broccoli cheddar was very good as well. We have been buying loaves of their fresh baked white bread to take home, much fresher and better than any bread we have purchased in local supermarkets, and they slice it thick or thin, whichever is your preference. The manager, think his name is Jayden, and the counter staff are all very nice and professional, which makes for a very pleasant dining experience. The coffee there is always fresh and very good as are the pastries. We will be going back often.“
“Visited whilst on holidays from the UK. Food was delicious and the staff were welcoming and helpful. There seem to be few places in the US where you can get coffee and cake and this was perfect for what we wanted. We also bought bread to take back to our daughter’s home and that was lovely too. Our only negative comment would be there’s too much single use plastic in use, (plates, cutlery, cup lids) but I think that’s a US issue. I’d definitely recommend Kneaders and would visit again when we were next in Surprise.“
“Food was fantastic. Recommend the Bang Bang Cauliflower. Their cocktail offerings were a bit odd. Two types of old fashioneds (one of which was not good at all - the pecan whisky version was not to my taste - very cloying). Friendly and attentive service.“
“Very disappointed, lobby with people but not aloud to order or enter. Never will eat here again!!! Healthcare worker after 4, 12 hour very short staffed shifts not aloud to order because they were short. Mind you like I said lobby sat with people and people going in and out. Very unprofessional!!!“

“The smoothies are really really good and the doughnuts are delicious! The best part is the customer service. The staff are fantastic, attentive and so friendly. My kids love going and mixing drinks...Kid-friendliness: So many options for pastries and drinks!“

“Went for brunch on a Monday. Food was good but lacked flavor and spice. Even the habenero salsa was bland. I get it, the majority of patrons probably don’t enjoy spice like I do. But it’s nice to have options. $5 for a side of toast was uncalled for. Service was great! Love the patio seating. We chose this spot for the mimosas, which left my bank account with a hangover.“
“Yummmm! We love Biscuits. Have been here 6 times now and it gets better each time. We usually get the meat lovers scramble to share. It comes with a side of pancakes or 2 biscuits and that makes the portion HUGE. We always get a cinnamon roll; it is giant and gooey. This time we ordered the French Toast flight. AMAZING! It's big tho, which was perfect for our group of 4. We cut the 4 different flavors into quarters. Highly recommend. The o my negative about this place is the wait time on weekends. We waited exactly 45 minutes for our table. Yuck.“
