I recently had AZ Inspirations Catering cater my event, and my husband and I were completely satisfied with their entire business process. Nikolas, the owner, communicated with us in a timely manner, whether it was through phoning or emailing. We attended a tasting of the dishes we chose, and they served us with full attention to us and our needs. Nik and his staff catered our large wedding (160 guests) last weekend as well as our rehearsal dinner. We had steak, potatoes, and greens. On our wedding day, we had brisket, bbq chicken, corn succotash, and greens. We also hired bar staff through them to serve drinks. Our guests raved about how good the food was.
