I recently had AZ Inspirations Catering cater my event, and my husband and I were completely satisfied with their entire business process. Nikolas, the owner, communicated with us in a timely manner, whether it was through phoning or emailing. We attended a tasting of the dishes we chose, and they served us with full attention to us and our needs. They arrived on time to the event, staying the entire time, and offering leftover boxes for anyone who wanted them. Everyone at the party had positive comments about all of the food and the presentation of it. We thought that everything was excellent! I would highly recommend AZ Inspirations Catering.

Nik and his staff catered our large wedding (160 guests) last weekend as well as our rehearsal dinner. We had steak, potatoes, and greens. On our wedding day, we had brisket, bbq chicken, corn succotash, and greens. We also hired bar staff through them to serve drinks. Our guests raved about how good the food was. Nik and his staff were professional, accommodating, and very kind. They went above and beyond to make sure us and our guests were taken care of. The food was beautifully displayed and was as delicious as it looked - and there was an abundance - I'm still eating artichoke dip :)

We used AZ Inspirations for our wedding on 2/20/21 and they did an amazing job! The caterer we initially selected went out of business, due to COVID struggles :(, just a few months before the wedding. We were scrambling and had reached out to a few different caterers i the area. After our first call with Nik we knew we had found the right company. He was so amazing to us and they are such an incredibly diverse menu. Literally anything we wanted they have. My wife is dairy free and doesn't eat red meat, she loved everything Nik made for us during our tasting. We shared the menu we put together with our previous caterer and Nik was able to create the same dishes with his own flair. He even made some suggestions of dishes he thought would pair better and we agreed! During the wedding my wife and I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. All of our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food and the service. Our coffee bar with desserts as well as tater tot bar were huge hits. Only downside is we wish we could have chatted with Nik more at the wedding! :) All in all we highly recommend AZ Inspirations.

We went with southwest food it tasted fresh, healthy and well made. These folks are so passionate about food and flavors. Nik and I got talking and he shared with me tips and tricks on how to make the perfect Gnocchi. We did passed appetizers and a buffet service and it went so quick and smoothly. For dessert we did their churro bar, and WOW. We got raving reviews about all the food, there was none leftover everyone went back for seconds. My cousin even texted me a couple weeks later saying she and her husband have been recreating their green chili gnocchi because it is one of their new favorite dishes!! If I ever have another event Nik will be my first call.
