I went in for my usual ham and cheese croissants warm, of course! As I peruse the donut case, what I thought was a typical donut with a hole, turned out to be the best thing I've tasted in 4 years (since losing my Mommy, best cook ever) I'm talking about fluffy, crumbly, moist, and buttery! I believe it's called Cinnamon Crumb! Although the price at 3.18 tempted me to look elsewhere, the delicious experience was totally worth it!

She was really adamant about not accepting coupons for Bosa that came in the mail and then I apologized and got in line to buy a donut the price says on the menu $1.59 and was told my donut was fancy and I asked her where is the price for a fancy donut she didn't have an answer she just came up with a different price for my one donut ?? it cost me $3.67 and i gave a two stars bc shes not the nicest she just does her job with minimal english. Also my donut was a butterfly donut equivalent to a bear claw.

I like how the donuts are soft on the inside. While they are not as light as a couple of doughnut shops, they are definitely lighter than some of the other ones. Some prefer heavy bread-like doughnuts. I prefer mine to be more like a light cake or fried mochi. These almost fit the bill. The frosting on top of the doughnuts are what you would expect and the flavors are the typical ones. They have lots of different types of doughnuts including the traditional glazed and the sprinkles on top kind. I really liked their ham and cheese croissants. Their ham, cheese, and jalapeño croissants are good too.

We were in the Phoenix area 5 years ago and my sister in law brought some BoSa donuts and said they were the best donuts. After having them my wife has waited 5 years to have them. They are very good and a great selection. I loved the bear claw.

Friendly neighborhood donut shop. The shop looked clean and the staff was super welcoming. I'm not much of an early bird but I was super happy with the variety of donuts they still had available at 9AM! We grabbed a dozen and I was most impressed with the Boston Creme (a personal favorite) a great fluffy donut. I also loved the apple fritter! Definitely will be back!

Extremely poor experience with respect to product and service. The server Leanna was extremely rude. Service was super slow. When giving my order they completely messed it up. When asking for my bagel after receiving my donuts I got a snarky remark from Leanna stating that "it takes time to toast a bagel sir" after waiting for over twenty minutes. Following my ask, the server worked even slower, in spite. Extremely disappointed by the Tempe Bosa. I would not recommend that anyone go to this location.

I had to correct my order 3 times and it still came out wrong. Take the plexi glass down they don't do anything but make it more difficult to hear people talk and hear what they ACTUALLY order.

Bosa has been around forever and considered Arizonas goto donut shop. Bosa has 50 locations open 24/7 in the PHX Valley. They have a great menu with a perfect display of finely tuned donuts and pastry. They also have varieties of coffee drinks, Boba teas, and regular soft drinks. We also liked the breakfast sandwiches and other savory breakfast sammies. My hesitation to higher star count is a few of the locations I've been to are a complete mess. Seemingly stuck in the pandemic era with chairs randomly stacked up and neglected, uninviting, and worn-out seating areas. Like they really only want take-out business. With a little TLC and effort on their part, each location could be cute.Vegetarian options: Most donuts are technically vegetarian, so all good there, but not much else.Parking: Parking in lot by front door.Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love donuts!?

I don't know what happened. The donuts are usually very good here. The last batch, sorry to say, coming from someone who loves donuts and has eating them for 60 years, was not good, at all. Maybe they hurried the prep work or the mixing of ingredients was off. Bought a dozen, but a few, and threw them out. Sorry. I will return because the service is always fast. Sorry for the two ⭐⭐.
