Worst Boston Market experience ever. I haven't had Boston Market in a couple of years. So I was in the area and decided hey chicken sounded good let go. I get there the vibe was totally different than before. There was a young lady working the counter and she was talking to her friend and asked what do you want. I told her can I have the half chicken combo and 2 sides. She then ask what 2 sides and I wanted to see for myself what the side looked like. That's how I remember Boston Market was before. So I told her that I wanted Mash Potatoes and Sweet potatoes casserole. When I received my order the chicken was so dry and old looking that it looked like a rubber tire. The mash potatoes was cold and the sweet potato was like they took it out of a baby jar of food and threw marshmallows on top. When I took the food up because there was no way it was edible and asked for my money back the woman said no. I asked what do you mean no she said I said no. I told her I would like to talk to the manager and she said no because she not here. I told her that I would like my money back and again she said no. Manager finally showed up and told me the same thing. So I'm out of $17 for food that was not edible. Rude and thieves. Don't eat please this is not Boston Market this is a disgrace of the name Boston Market.

Food tasted old, corn bread served cold, horrible service had to wait 10mins to get the remainder of food because cashier went to the back??? Given no plates or napkins with family meal. Another customer wanted a refund because food was bad, totally agree. He didn't get one and he left his full order at counter. Please don't go here to eat !!!!!! 04/08/2024 6:00pm.
Avoid this place!! If all the other ones dropped to this level, no wonder they are all closed. I used to love Boston Market, but im done. Chicken was bland at best, mashed potatoes were watery and runny, and corn was flavorless and burnt (how do you burn corn....). Oh..and cornbread was a yellow piece of styrofoam. The store is run down as half the monitors are broken so you really can't tell what they even offer! The girl taking orders was very nice at least.

DON'T EAT HERE!!! Workers were nice but the food is HORRIBLE. Chicken tastes like boiled, mashed potatoes were sour. This place went downhill and should just be shut down already.
Walked in the door and not so great of a place. Fountain machine not working. Go to look at the menu and no menus. Was told having system problem. So have no clue the price. That should have been the sign to turn around and walk out the door. But we try. Ordered chicken and 2 sides of mashed taters and grave. Did not offer any drinks know why. Well chicken was dry the gravy was watery. The cornbread was dry. Notice men’s restroom had a sign do not use them I saw by the women’s restroom a cat tree. Omg we should have ran as now my stomach is churning and hurting and I still have to fly home. Not good at alll

Weirdest experience at a BM ever. There were like 2 employees, the one at the front was literally wearing a t shirt that says "I don't care" on it. Menus were not lit up. They said all they had were some sides and Rotisserie chicken and meat loaf. The chicken was so bland and dry I had to mix it in the mashed potatoes to eat it. Also the quality of the sides are not the same, I'm convinced it's not the same food provided at other locations. It feels like the place is closing down its so dead in there. According to the past reviews I can estimate the soda machine hasn't been working in months cause it wasn't when I went. Honestly it doesn't feel like a REAL location. This place either needs new management and new staff or it needs to just close. It wasn't worth the $27 we paid for two meals.

Do Not waste your time and hard earned money at this Boston Market. It was horrible! As soon as we walked in the smell of an old building was overwhelming. Mind you staff was unavailable to greet and/or take our order. We ordered the half chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and their so called signature ice cold corn bread. The macaroni and cheese had no flavor and was cold. Chicken was dry no flavor! No soda machines working. Water was given from a back room and not to mention the filth on the doors windows floors and bathrooms. Oh did I mention they stated the prices on their menu were not up to date since I questioned the high price of the meal and they couldn’t even provide me a receipt. $5.00 for a small mashed potatoes is ridiculous. Wasted $25 bucks, I should of gone to KFC.
