Food tasted old, corn bread served cold, horrible service had to wait 10mins to get the remainder of food because cashier went to the back??? Given no plates or napkins with family meal. Another customer wanted a refund because food was bad, totally agree. He didn't get one and he left his full order at counter. Please don't go here to eat !!!!!! 04/08/2024 6:00pm.
Avoid this place!! If all the other ones dropped to this level, no wonder they are all closed. I used to love Boston Market, but im done. Chicken was bland at best, mashed potatoes were watery and runny, and corn was flavorless and burnt (how do you burn corn....). Oh..and cornbread was a yellow piece of styrofoam. The store is run down as half the monitors are broken so you really can't tell what they even offer! The girl taking orders was very nice at least.

Worst Boston Market experience ever. I haven't had Boston Market in a couple of years. So I was in the area and decided hey chicken sounded good let go. I get there the vibe was totally different than before. There was a young lady working the counter and she was talking to her friend and asked what do you want. I told her can I have the half chicken combo and 2 sides. She then ask what 2 sides and I wanted to see for myself what the side looked like. That's how I remember Boston...read full review
