You all need to update your website and yelp with the correct hours when you are open and closed!! Drove from central Phoenix to eat at this place yesterday got there at 6:50pm and this place was already closed!! What a waste of my time and gas!! WTH!!

These burgers are amazing!!! I ordered the all star, which comes with two steak burger patties, lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions, appelwood smoked bacon and American cheese. I am a cheese lover and decided to add a couple more slices (cuz you can never have too much cheese). As a side I ordered the fried pickles and garlic fries. It was all such a wonderful combination of flavors, wow! Thank you Matty G's for making such wonderful food! I can't wait to go back.

I had the 3-pc fish and chips special. Fish, excellent chips, slaw, Hawaiian roll, a soft drink and two sauces for $7.50. I visited the Tempe location and was surprised at how good the food was and how reasonable the cost considering the amount of chow offered! The fish was excellent and the chips were fantastic and quite different from just about anywhere. The service was great and I'll definitely dine here many times in the future.Dana Slaughter

I was surprised to see a fish and chips restaurant while taking a friend for a burger.... Matty G's was clean fast and fresh! I ordered a four piece with fries a roll and slaw and was overly full after devouring the whole meal I felt like each piece got better the tarter, cocktail, and chipotle mayo tasted fantastic the fries were hot and where like little potato boats delicious! The manager was super friendly knowledgeable and helpful this place is an epic concept for AZ! I know where I'll be going and sending people for fish and chips from now on. Keep up the great work Matty G's

Fish and Chips are phenomenal and coleslaw is very sweet! I’m from Southern VA and finding reliable comfort food has been tough ):Super excited to see they had cream soda and local frescas too
At 74 years old and having enjoyed hundreds of fish & chips, this place is the WORST fish and chip EVER!. The fish was over-cooked and full of grease. It literally ran off the end. One piece had fish in half of it. The rest was breading. This place will not be around long.

My family and I eat at Matty G's in Tempe where they have the fish and chips. I don't know what they do to those chips but they are amazing. The way they cut and fry them and the spices on them make them addictive. The fish was good. Wish the pieces were bigger but the chipotle and fry sauces made the whole meal excellent. Good value too for the price and the kid that served us on Saturday night was very helpful and attentive.

I ordered the Photo Finish burger and fries. I really liked the burger! It was very hefty, the patty was flavorful, the bun was perfectly buttered and the toppings went along with it very well. I wasn't a big fan of the fries though. They tasted good but I didn't like the texture, they were too floppy, it was just a 10 minute ride home so it's not like they sat out for awhile. I would come again for the burgers.

I really like this place. The food seems to be quality unlike fast food. The fried pickles are good and the onion rings. The hamburgers are really good and so many options seriously. I like the soda as it's all made with cane sugar.

Usually we have a great meal served hot. However, this time they were very busy and our food was not very hot. It had been sitting for awhile. I can understand that we had to wait a little long to get our food. I was disappointed tonight!
