Usually they are good with orders and fairly quick. I ordered a pizza with alfredo sauce, clearly on the box, they sent a pizza with red sauce after taking almost an hour. Not only do they make the worst red sauce, I struggle with red sauce due to my Crohns, hence why I always order with alfredo. I was hungry and couldn't wait another hour for a new pizza to be made, so I ate it.
I decided to stop at this spot. They were too busy making entries into their computer system and blamed it on the first shift. Not my problem and I could care less. All I wanted is to order a pizza. Neither the manager nor the employee could provide me with an accurate price on a "Works" pizza. Really???? You do work here don't you??!! They kept providing me with estimate pricing. Who wants estimate pricing at a fast food establishment???? Customer service is gone out the window...read full review
