Certain things I find to be my ultimate pet peeves in customer service.1. Ignoring the only customer standing in line. Lacks customer service No good morning, No hello how are you, how can we serve you, and the biggest of all no thank you from Nizhoni and her teammate this morning. They could use some coffe. Drinks were not the best. I would recommend not wasting your money.

Ordered two coffees, one with an extra shot and a croissant which I immediately cancelled and changed to a breakfast burger. This caused the server to roll her eyes and tut at me as she had to re-enter the order. The new order was more expensive than the original order. When I got the order, it was all wrong, no extra shot, and the original request was served instead so I paid extra for a cheaper item. I couldn’t be bothered to complain. She was so rude.
