Ordered two coffees, one with an extra shot and a croissant which I immediately cancelled and changed to a breakfast burger. This caused the server to roll her eyes and tut at me as she had to re-enter the order. The new order was more expensive than the original order. When I got the order, it was all wrong, no extra shot, and the original request was served instead so I paid extra for a cheaper item. I couldn’t be bothered to complain. She was so rude.

Certain things I find to be my ultimate pet peeves in customer service.1. Ignoring the only customer standing in line. Not because the THREE employees were busy making other customers beverages either. Of course, there is zero greeting once one of these individuals decides to take my order.2. Not listening. If you don’t know what “breve” means and you’re a barista- ya might wanna ask. It’s half and half, by the way. You’re welcome.3. Filling more than 50% of my cup with foam. It’s difficult not to believe this is intentional from having to be a “Karen” to get an order.

Lacks customer service No good morning, No hello how are you, how can we serve you, and the biggest of all no thank you from Nizhoni and her teammate this morning. They could use some coffe. Drinks were not the best. I would recommend not wasting your money.

This Starbucks is so slow and they always make their drinks wrong. What is so hard about caramel drizzle inside the cup? I've gone to this Starbucks a handful of times now and I can say from experience that I've left disappointed every time.

Well, for the two times I stopped here for a matcha green latte and a pink drink, they were both decent tasting. The baristas are still learning the movements and flow of how to operate, take orders, and fulfill orders. So be patient with them. When observing how they operate, it's a little chaotic, but everything appeared to be in order and clean. I'll check back in maybe a few months and see how it is then.-food critic Carey-

I’ve been to this location almost every single day since it’s opening, I have received the best customer service experience in all the time I have ever visited Tuba City in general. The baristas are friendly and always willing to make the moment right for me. I appreciate all the hard work all the workers in Bashas do for their community!!

Awesome! This is inside Bashas’. Masks are required. Only take out. This is a new store, so have some patience. Everyone’s still learning how to make drinks.

Twice of gone there since it opened. My drinks weren't made properly and it was too sweet. I'm willing to give another try in another month or so.
