Bobo's Restaurant is a charming, family-owned breakfast spot in Tucson. They serve the best pancakes ever, including the banana pancake with a cinnamon glaze, blueberry-banana pancake, and unbelievably good apple pancake. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent with quick coffee refills. Be prepared to wait for a table due to the long lines, but it's definitely worth it for the delicious food and welcoming atmosphere.
