The cashier not engaged whatsoever. No eye contact….was not sure if he took our order, lol! Person making cinnamon rolls had their phone on the counter and handling it while touching food! Certainly won’t be back!!
We have enjoyed Cinnabon for over twenty years. There isn't another bakery like it. Every time we eat there we make new memories with family members and friends!!! Thank you Cinnabon for your delicious cinnamon buns. I like mine with pecans and caramel butter. If you haven't one yet you are missing a great culinary experience!!!?

You can smell the cinnamon rolls when you walk near the food court. We split a large roll...I was disappointed in the service because she left part of the roll in the pan when she put it in the box. Not very friendly or engaging. Although there were three people working, it didn't ok like they were enjoying their work. No smiles or engaging with the customer.
