There's a ton of bad reviews here but I had a great experience. I mean yes they're new and working out the kinks but their ice cream was not melting or bad quality. I will definitely stop in again and see how they continue to improve ???? everyone starts somewhere! ????????.Update: had some fantastic ice cream today with no complaints!! Still going strong, keep it up!
I came in last night and let me tell you these girls are amazing! I had a long order and they were very patient with me even in the midst of a rush. Very professional and collected! I will be coming back!!

I was just in on a Sunday afternoon where a young lady (Jae) was working all alone (shame on you Cold Stone management). As the lobby steadily filled up with people, Jae continued working steadily and efficiently. She was friendly and professional despite the stressful situation before her. Our order was completed with accuracy and packaged perfectly.
