“Kudos to Jay Byroad for rectifying the problem I had. I reserved a boneless ham online 8 days in advance. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed they had no boneless hams in the store. I was upset, but purchased a bone in ham for my family's Christmas dinner. Jay called me this morning, apologized for the error, and offered to bring the ham to me. Since I was just leaving my house, I told him I would pick it up. I asked if I could return the other ham, he told me to keep it. When I arrived at the store, he wouldn't let me pay for it (the ham I ordered was more expensive than the one I purchased)!
