“Kudos to Jay Byroad for rectifying the problem I had. I reserved a boneless ham online 8 days in advance. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed they had no boneless hams in the store. I was upset, but purchased a bone in ham for my family's Christmas dinner. Jay called me this morning, apologized for the error, and offered to bring the ham to me. Since I was just leaving my house, I told him I would pick it up. I asked if I could return the other ham, he told me to keep it. When I arrived at the store, he wouldn't let me pay for it (the ham I ordered was more expensive than the one I purchased)! You've restored my trust, and I will definitely be a customer of your company in the future! Thanks again, Bill Jacobs“

However, the staff are very nice extremely receptive and definitely have the Christmas spirit! Friendly clean and very warm environment right when you walk in!….. even if you’re not in the right place.“
