“If you're in Tucson, you should definitely check this place out! The Reuben and French dip sandwiches were super tasty. The menu is extensive, so there were many more dishes I wished I could have tried. In addition to the restaurant items, there is a small selection of vegan items in their market, although coming from LA, it's a bit limited for what I'm used to. But perhaps an oasis to vegans in Tucson. The seating area is casual, so it's a good spot for lunch.“

“My daughter wanted an afternoon luncheon after her late morning wedding rehearsal and we decided to go with an Italian deli for the catering. The owner sat with us and helped us decide how much food was needed and made a few suggestions about assortment of meats and salads. We ordered the Cold Cut Buffet for 40 (roast reef, ham, turkey, Genoa salami, swiss, provolone, and Muenster cheeses) with potatoe salad, macaroni salad, and rolls. Included were mayonnaise, mustard, pickles, and black pitted ripe olives included. This came on two beautifully arranged trays that fed our guests very well. There were enough leftovers for later lunches, but not an excessive amount. We feel the owner was very helpful in helping not to over order the food. Everyone was impressed with the freshness and flavor to the trays and the salads. I would definitely recommend this deli for catering and sandwiches. A word of caution, though. This is a small business which is very busy at lunchtime. Our poor planning had us arrive to place the order right at noon. Ended up coming back later in the day, around 3, and the owner had plenty of time for us.“

“Kudos to Jay Byroad for rectifying the problem I had. I reserved a boneless ham online 8 days in advance. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed they had no boneless hams in the store. I was upset, but purchased a bone in ham for my family's Christmas dinner. Jay called me this morning, apologized for the error, and offered to bring the ham to me. Since I was just leaving my house, I told him I would pick it up. I asked if I could return the other ham, he told me to keep it. When I arrived at the store, he wouldn't let me pay for it (the ham I ordered was more expensive than the one I purchased)! You've restored my trust, and I will definitely be a customer of your company in the future! Thanks again, Bill Jacobs“

“I have purchased steaks and other meats twice there. The meat was tender and of the highest quality. The deli salads were very good and the service was great. Everything was fresh. The staff there waited on me promptly and were friendly and courteous. The selection is wonderful. I try to visit once a week. I highly recommend this deli.“
