“I will say that I always enjoy the delicious food and the great customer service. The prices are by far the cheapest in town and they offer entertainment at the dinner and the gaslight theater shows are a must see. With that said, yes there are some 1 stars on here, but all the 5 stars truly reflect what their business is all about. I highly recommend this diner for date night or a family night out. Experience it yourself. You will glad you did.“

“We just want to share with the public that this Black Bear Diner is the Best, with the best waitress, and Waiters, but over all our favorite is Naomi ! Tucson needs more people like her, if she is having a bad day , she won't show it, she is always smiling , she takes your order , not with an ordering pad, but with her brain! and if something is not right , she takes it , and brings the order until its right, she accommodates you , as best she can, she sits with you jokes with you, she adopts you as her family, Makes you feel at home in the BEARS DEN! She is the best , she works very hard, you see her in one end of the DEN , when shes coming out the other way with 2, 3 plates on her arm, she really works hard , she needs a raise!
