This is one of my favorite places to eat breakfast. I love it like in a way that can’t be explained other than it reminds me of simple, happy times and if I’m having a rough day, the people who work here always make me smile.
Frank’s is like a warm blanket. It’s predictable, it’s not health food but it’s really good and I always leave happier.

Eat and Get Out ! All the food and staff are exceptional
A true tucson staple! Diner level dining but with much better portions and prices. P.S. they are my new favorite for a Belgian Waffle done right. No pancake batter here 😋
