Yum! She had a scoop of Gianduia; I had a scoop each of Banana and Espresso. All delicious! One critique: The server inadvertently grabbed a spoon from a cup marked ‘DIRTY’ — the cup provided for customers to dispose of their used spoons after sampling flavors — and plopped it in my cup. I pointed out the error and of course he immediately set the cup aside and prepared me a new cup. No worries, but you might want to keep _your_ eyes open because it can happen easily enough — and probably has — with that ‘dirty spoons’ cup sitting right next to the clean spoons and both within everyone’s reach.Parking: Parking at this plaza can at times be a bit challenging. There aren't a great many spaces and if you have a large SUV or pickup, you may find the aisle between the spaces a bit tight.

What can I say, the best gelato I've had, the gelato always fresh and looks like a picture, many flavors to choose from, they even have sugar free options. I've been a fan for years, haven't found a better place yet.

Great Gelato. Large selection of flavors, old fashioned, and new alike. The rum raisin was to die for.

On march 12 I have stopped to purchase a gelato. I got two pints and a scoop of gelato I have noticed the young man not wearing gloves and picking up pieces of chocolate and frozen fruit . I talk to him about him not wearing gloves his attitude was very unprofessional , and he continued to touch the food with his hands. I said that health department would not except this I think this is very serious and very concerned to me. I hope that owners of the business will address this.

Frost Gelato heads up. Keep in mind i think they are in over 10 to 12 cities now. Well another tip feature called out. Just had our favorite ice cream stop at Frost for Gelato...I paid and added a tip. I asked the two young ladies working the counter .."hey just wondering where the tip goes?they didn't really know how to respond. They said they don't receive tips...I asked about the large glass container with bills in it and said...I guess I should have tipped cash in there.... They responded "actually that goes to the chefs" I posted on nextdoor and a neighbor confirmed she knew someone who worked there and that goes directly to the owners to use at their discretion. Geez very misleading and most definitely sad esp when you get good service. Word of wise if you tip at Frost and alot of other places. The pho place near my house has been doing this as well and has been called out on NextDoor. We enjoy great service, want to reward great service, and expect great service, but kinda of crummy to want to give a monetary thank you and the working staff don't get to see it. Start asking at your favorite service places and you Maybe surprised

The gelato is fine. Lots of flavors. Cute shop. They let you try tons of flavors. However, the trash cans outside were both OVERFLOWING. There was literally no room. The tables outside were dirty and chairs all over the place. We let them know and they just shrugged even though there was three employees and no customers. The two small trash cans inside were also full. They used to have water with cups and none to be found. I went inside to wash my hands and decided not to because the bathrooms smelled so bad. The customer service was meh. Unenthusiastic young people.

The 2 young girls need to learn how to work at stores. They acted like customers came to bother them ?.

Our visit to Frost Gelato was a tale of differing tastes. My husband's choice of mint chocolate chip was a resounding success – he absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, my experience with the strawberry yogurt was less than stellar, leaving me unimpressed after just a few bites. Despite sampling various flavors, none managed to win me over, leading me to conclude that there might be better gelato options elsewhere in town. While my personal preference might not lead me back, my husband had a contrasting view, considering it some of the best gelato he has ever tasted. Taste buds, it seems, have their unique preferences. On a positive note, the establishment itself was commendable. It was clean, with ample parking, and the staff were friendly. The diverse range of flavors offered at Frost Gelato adds a layer of variety for those seeking different taste adventures.

I went here on a Sunday. It was super noisy inside from kid music and machines plus it smelled bad. Two out of the three employees were very strange. One was sitting at the back on his phone while another ignored my simple questions about the flavors. I went here with my parents after my birthday dinner yay. The kid at the back put down his phone for a short while to serve a different customer and I'm pretty sure he didn't wash his hands and was wearing a hooded sweatshirt that hopefully was clean because he had his arms all up in the gelato case lol. All they need to do is be a little more personable and smile every once in a while instead of looking like they're upset. I've been here quite a few times and this time may have been the last. If you're going to charge $5 for a mini gelato you might want to unstinkafi the place, turn the music down a little and be friendly lol.

Delicious gelato but the price has gone through the roof! For a small and medium it was almost $13! The young people working were so nice and even brought around a tray with cups of water. My favorite flavors are the peanut butter crunch and the one with peanuts and caramel. So yummy!
