Best sushi ever! What a gem in Tucson. The authenticity of this place is unreal. The vibes are great and I absolutely love the bar seating. Service is great and orders come out quick. The uni is so fresh and so sweet. The agedashi tofu was so crispy but so soft and silky on the inside. Also love the fried soft shell crab. Can’t wait to come back!
I returned to Ginza in Tucson with a critic’s memory and a parent’s schedule. Last time was a late-night romp with friends—cold beers, reckless sushi, a blur of excellent bites. Tonight, earlier, the desert air ran soft, so we claimed a table outside with the kids and let the evening unspool.

We LOVE this place. I'm hesitant to say this because I still want to be able to get in here on the weekends ;-) My wife and I have been coming here for about 15 years, starting with our 1st date
