We were in town for a few days visiting relatives and I was craving some good Mexican food. Last visit we chose the fancy $$$ restaurant and it was just OK. This time I was willing to try something different. Los Nopales was just the different I was looking for. A rare treat. Menu is simple, but that usually means that they do their feet items, well. "Crispy Cheese" is one of their signature dishes. Never heard of it before but we are glad we ordered and tried it. Also tried their Veggie Burro and Cheese Enchiladas. All got rave reviews. We returned from the other side of town just to eat here, aha n. Go.

Stopped here for lunch on the way to Tucson Mountain Park. It was very crowed at that time. We placed a to go order & it was ready in about 10 minutes. The food was very good and reasonable. Would definitely stop there again.
