Sucks, very rude to my Autistic grandson.Update 04/07/24 I go into the Restaurant to order because the drive thru is never correct.I order a Sausage, egg and cheese Biscuit on Sundays and 2 Sundays in a row the Biscuit is so hard I couldn't bite into it.The first time I let it go but the last time on 04/07/24 I called and was told to bring it back and they would remake it.I informed them I was at work and couldn't do it until next week. I went back on 04/10 and was told I can't get my money back because it's over 48 hrs.I WILL NEVER EVER NEVER GO BACK TO MCDONALD'S.

Surely, this store is a case-study on what happens when you lean too heavily into self-service in the service industry.They always seem to have plenty of employees standing around gawking and/or balking at their own obliviousness at what goes on around them, which invariably includes droves of people trying to find out where there order is or whole portions of it, or trying to replace their incorrectly-served order.Even the drive-thru is a testament to this store's incompetence, because they've given up handing over food in the drive-thru, instead entirely relying on the parking spaces reserved therefor.What's truly baffling is that it's consistently terrible. I stop by maybe a few times a year only to find it's still a horribly-operated location, bringing me back to my original point; it only makes sense if they're actively trying to make it terrible.

The food is mediocre and the service is bad. I went there one day and ordered some food and then asked to use the restroom and because I looked homeless they told me that their restroom was out of order. But as I sat there and ate my food I watched as other customers went in and came out of both the men's and female's restroom.

Your staff gives greasy food in to go bags. I ordered a simple cheeseburger and large Fry's n Waited 45 minutes to walk to my car n the greasy food fell through the bag. Whoever the main cook is SHE needs to watch the quality of food going out. I don't even want a re fund now with the rudeness of a phone call to

I spent 35 minutes in the Drive-Thru for a Big Mac meal! 3/3/24 at midnight. All the workers were dancing around, listening to music. They look like they was all drinking to me Nobody was working. I never seen anything like that before.
