We sat outside on the patio. My SIL's cosmo was made perfectly an d two wait staff came to check that it was made the way she preferred. Dinners were excellent. We'll be back!

Took ages to get our food. Wait staff was kind and apologetic but no one had their food. We also had a baby with us and didn't plan on a 2.5 hour dinner. Food was meh and felt overpriced for what it was. App didn't come out. Manager was very apologetic but wasn't a great experience. Would hesitate to go back m.

I met a friend there during an off-time--post lunch and pre dinner. All was very good, service was perfect. .

So many aspects of the experience were outstanding: ambience, space, and talented wait staff. However on this visit I wonder if North was short staffed. Our waiter seemed over stretched. Gracious but not able to be present in a timely manner. The wait time for dessert was surprising. As my group was having fun it was not the end of the world, but In the end the dessert itself (Budino) was not worth waiting for. Overly sweet to the point of being unpleasant. I will return but hope for a better overall experience next time.

I don't know the name of the appetizer, but it tastes like zucchini chips and pasta. I don't know if the zucchini chips are really thinly sliced zucchini fried or oven-baked, but they are crunchy and have a subtle savory flavor. The pasta had a good combination of shrimp and squid, and the leaves had a scent similar to basil or perilla leaves, which refreshed my mouth. Moreover, the combination of spiciness and spiciness was especially good for the first time in a long time, so even after eating it, I didn't feel any greasiness or discomfort at all, which is typical right after eating Western food!!

Worst experience we had. Went for my daughters birthday. Notes it was on OpenTable and made sure hostess new when we were being seated. No mention of it from server from that point on. Drinks waited 20 minutes. 3 meals came out and kids meal we had to wait another 5 minutes for. My wife ordered fish but her accompanying potatoes arrived after she had finished. My salmon was well done and even after server specifically stated it would be medium. Ordered more drinks before main course came out and those arrived along with the check after we had finished. No apologies from anyone at the restaurant

Our server did an excellent job. Prompt service, answered questions and made us feel welcomed. His name was Edward F. The atmosphere was elegant and the food was terrific. Thank you, I will return and I highly recommend.

Check your bill! Server added a boost for himself on the tip which I noticed when reviewing the monthly credit card statement. Went back and the restaurant manager said he would fix it. One week later, my credit card is not showing the refund Called to follow up and gave up after waiting on hold for the manager for 10 minutes.

The manager should have come over. We complained about the apple cider vinegar Prosecco after having a few sips. We left half the bottle. It was awful. The server recommended it. So we then ordered a bottle of red wine. We were charged full price for this apple cider vinegar. The server said that the Manager wouldn't take anything off our bill for our horrible Prosecco. This would have never happened had Regan Jasper been here and in charge of this place. He would have come over and asked how he can make it right. No one made it right. No one cared. FRC doesn't have the same level of service it used to have.

Really poor experience at North last night. Sat outside - cool night, asked for heater to be turned on. Gas heater broken, no effort made to turn on propane heater. Ate with jackets. Then it started pouring rain, no monitoring of conditions by anyone, no attempt to close plastic covers. Gets better: didn't have wine from standard offerings; didn't have Vodka from signature cocktail. Didn't bring bread for 25 minutes. Asked for 2nd bottle water/2nd wine - both came after entree done. Server inattentive all night/likely grossly understaffed -she was hustling. If there was a manager - they did nothing. Food was okay / short ribs were over salted. Branzino was good. Didn't even thank us at check time. Or ask about food/service at any time during meal. On a Monday!!

The new manager, Matthew personally introduced himself and was extremely welcoming and professional. The food was exactly as expected, hot and fresh and plentifull. We felt like we were at a 5 star restaurant the entire time. We have t been to Sullivans in at least 15 years but we will definitely be back soon.

Our party arrived early for our reservation. We nevertheless had no difficulty in securing an outdoor table and had a very comfortable, relaxing afternoon. The servers were outstanding -- courteous and friendly. Service was prompt. The food was excellent. What more to say?
