Took ages to get our food. Wait staff was kind and apologetic but no one had their food. We also had a baby with us and didn't plan on a 2.5 hour dinner. Food was meh and felt overpriced for what it was. App didn't come out. Manager was very apologetic but wasn't a great experience. Would hesitate to go back m.
So many aspects of the experience were outstanding: ambience, space, and talented wait staff. However on this visit I wonder if North was short staffed. Our waiter seemed over stretched. Gracious but not able to be present in a timely manner. The wait time for dessert was surprising. As my group was having fun it was not the end of the world, but In the end the dessert itself (Budino) was not worth waiting for. Overly sweet to the point of being unpleasant. We sat outside on the patio. My SIL's cosmo was made perfectly an d two wait staff came to check that it was made the way she preferred. Dinners were excellent. We'll be back!
