Their items are hit or miss,the buns are sometimes underbaked, raw and their icecream cones are supposed to be soft like a waffle and lots of time they are rock hard (I've been here a lot). The employees don't seem to know the food they are selling, or they just don't care.
There was one gal who was very nice. I remember she offered me a sample once, but I was getting food to go.I visited today and had the white coffee, without caffeine. This was a good selection, I appreciate her input about this product!

If one has spent in the Gulf countries, the sweet coffee (mocha) flavored buns will be familiar. The scent is more alluring to me than the Cinnabon kiosk nearby. They also serve coffees and taiyaki, a fish-shaped cake/pastry shell from Japan. Looks like they use it as a container for soft served ice cream. I have been here twice and service varies by the attendant.
